Every occasion has its own script

Weddings and ceremonies

A ceremony at a villa above the sea, on the beach or on deck, dinner under the open sky, the first dance. In Thailand, beaches are, as a rule, public land and cannot be closed to passers-by. If privacy matters, choose a villa or a waterside venue with private access.

The ceremony itself does not register a marriage. That is done by the district office, the amphur, based on documents from your embassy, translated into Thai and legalised by Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We will help you decide what suits you: registering at home with the ceremony here, or doing both in Phuket.

Birthdays and milestones

From dinner with your closest circle to an evening with live music and entertainment. If it is a surprise, the guest of honour will be the last to know.

Family celebrations

An anniversary, a family reunion, a children’s party. One table for three generations, a children’s menu and a programme of their own for the youngest—so the adults can talk.

Proposals

A terrace at sunset or the deck of a yacht. The photographer works from a distance, the musicians wait for a signal, and the table for two is laid in advance.

Corporate evenings

Dinner for partners or an evening for the team. Venue, programme, transfers and guest accommodation—in one plan and one estimate.

An evening on a yacht

Sunset on the water, dinner on board, music. The number of guests is limited by the vessel’s licence: if there are more of you, two boats or an evening ashore.

An evening is made of details

  • Venue. Not every villa allows events, so before booking we check the house rules: how many guests, and how late the music can play.
  • Décor and flowers. Palette, fabrics, tableware and flowers—from your references. Before the event we show you a sketch of the table and the venue.
  • Chef and menu. A menu that allows for dietary requirements and children; sommelier, bar and waiting staff in proportion to the number of guests.
  • Music. Live during the ceremony and dinner, a DJ once the dancing begins.
  • Lighting. Candles on the tables, garlands over the garden, lit trees and pool. Fireworks only with a permit; if one is not granted, we will tell you in advance and suggest an alternative.
  • Photo and video. The photographer and videographer work from a shot list agreed with you. Drones only if registered with CAAT and NBTC; over guests and after sunset, only with a separate permit.
  • Coordinator. On site from the morning: meets the suppliers, keeps to the timing and resolves issues before the guests notice them.
  • Guest transfers. Airport meet-and-greet, cars from hotels to the venue and back—timed for each guest.

May to October is the rainy season, and an open-air celebration may have to move under cover. Plan B is prepared alongside the main plan, not on the day of the event.

When the occasion is simply a good dinner

We book a table by the water, away from the main room or at the open kitchen. The restaurant knows about allergies and the cake in advance, and the car waits at the door.

A chef at your villa—for one dinner or for the whole stay. The menu is agreed before you arrive and groceries are charged against receipts; after dinner, the team clears the kitchen and leaves without fuss.

New Year and Chinese New Year are the island’s busiest weeks: tables and venues for those dates are booked well ahead. If your date falls on a Buddhist holiday when alcohol sales are banned, we will tell you when you choose it.

How it works

  1. The occasion. A date and a back-up date, the number of guests, a budget range, a couple of references—and anything you definitely do not want.

  2. Concept and estimate. Venue, décor, menu, music and timing—with a price on every line.

  3. Agreement. Contract, advance payment, a plan B for the weather. If you are on the island, a site visit and a tasting.

  4. Preparation. Permits, guest transfers and accommodation, a rehearsal of the ceremony.

  5. The day. A coordinator on site from the morning. Your only task is to celebrate.
